With the arrival of French President Nicolas Sarkozy to India along with French first lady, Carla Bruni, China was left out to be the sole nation to reject India's entry in to the UNSC.
Sarkozy said that a nation with a population over a billion cannot be neglected, and he also said that India plays a very important role in the whole world, that it has not realized yet.
